Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. For the commandment is a lamp and the teaching a light, and the reproofs of discipline are the way of life. The unfolding of your words gives light; it imparts understanding to the simple. More to be desired are they than gold, even much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and drippings of the honeycomb. Moreover, by them is your servant warned; in keeping them there is great reward. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. (Psa 119:105; Pro 6:23; Psa 119:30, 19:10-11; Col 3:16-17)
