Today's Thought:
Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised. Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? So run that you may obtain it. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. (Heb 12:1-2, 10:36; 1Cor 9:24; Col 3:23-24)
