 Today's Thought:

I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth. Have you not known? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. I can do all things through him who strengthens me. being strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy. You then, my child, be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ Jesus. (Psa 121:1-2; Isa 40:28-29; Php 4:13; Col 1:11; 2Tim:2:1)
