For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. (Rom 5:6; John 1:11-13; Col 2:6-7; 1John 2:6)
