Today's Thought:
He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might understand the things freely given us by God, even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved. We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul, a hope that enters into the inner place behind the curtain, where Jesus has gone as a forerunner on our behalf.
