You gave your good Spirit to instruct them and did not withhold your manna from their mouth and gave them water for their thirst. Come, everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and he who has no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread, and your labor for that which does not satisfy? Listen diligently to me, and eat what is good, and delight yourselves in rich food. For the bread of God is he who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world. Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.” (Neh 9:20; Isa 55:1-2; John 6:33, 35; Mat 5:6)
