Today's Thought:
I know, O LORD, that the way of man is not in himself, that it is not in man who walks to direct his steps. A man's steps are from the LORD; how then can man understand his way? But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do. I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called. Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. (Jer 10:23; Pro 20:24; Gal 5:6-7; Eph 4:1; Col 2:6, 1:10)
