Today's Thought:
Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you. He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap. Seek the LORD while he may be found; call upon him while he is near; let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the LORD, that he may have compassion on him, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen. (James 4:10; Psa 113:7; Isa 55:6-7; Rom 5:6; 1John 4:9; 1Cor 5:21; Eph 3:20-21)
