 Today's Thought:

Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? But even if you should suffer for righteousness' sake, you will be blessed. Have no fear of them, nor be troubled, but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect, having a good conscience, so that, when you are slandered, those who revile your good behavior in Christ may be put to shame. No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. (2Tim 3:12; 1Cor 15:57; 1John 5:4-5; 1Pet 3:14-16; Rom 8:37)
