Today's Thought:
For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. For we ourselves were once foolish, disobedient, led astray, slaves to various passions and pleasures, passing our days in malice and envy, hated by others and hating one another. But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that being justified by his grace we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us. Whoever is wise, let him attend to these things; let them consider the steadfast love of the LORD. (Rom 12:3; Titus 3:3-7; 2Cor 4:7; Psa 107:43)
