Let the wise hear and increase in learning, and the one who understands obtain guidance. The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom, and whatever you get, get insight. An intelligent heart acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge. And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, to reach all the riches of full assurance of understanding and the knowledge of God's mystery, which is Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth. All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.
