 Today's Thought:

By this the love of God was revealed in us, because His Son, the Only begotten, God has sent into the world that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son to be a propitiation relating to our sins. But He was wounded for our transgressions; He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His wounds we ourselves are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have each one turned to his own way; and the LORD made meet in Him the iniquity of all of us. But the grace of our Lord abounded exceedingly with faith and love in Christ Jesus. Faithful is the Word and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. But for this reason I received mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show forth all long-suffering, for an example to those being about to believe on Him to everlasting life. Now to the King eternal, incorruptible, invisible, the only wise God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen. (1John 4:9-10; Isa 53:5-6; 1Tim 1:14-17)
