 Today's Thought:

On the morrow he sees Jesus coming to him, and says, Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world. He it is of whom I said, A man comes after me who takes a place before me, because he was before me; Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son a propitiation for our sins. And ye know that he has been manifested that he might take away our sins; and in him sin is not. Surely he hath borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; and we, we did regard him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray, we have turned every one to his own way; and Jehovah hath laid upon him the iniquity of us all. (John 1:29-30; 1John 4:10, 3:5; Isa 53:4-6)
